Accommodation description from the host:
This space is my painting studio and available for guests, ac in the window in the summer. Tub only, no shower, no shower hose.. just a tub : )

Directly across from the Elizabeth Street Garden.

If you are healthy and adventurous you will enjoy my home. It is a sunny apartment in the extremely nice neighborhood of NoLita (North of Little Italy) The apartment is five flights up, with no elevator. It has a water closet for the toilet, a comfortable bath tub in the entrance, and open kitchen with stove and oven, a half refrigerator. The tub does not have a hose, so you will have relaxing baths during your stay. Great heat in the winter and nice ac in the summer. For being in the middle of the city the place is very quiet. You can see the New Museum from the back east facing windows.

The bed is a queen size bed. I also have a single blow up bed.

I am an art teacher and artist so I will have some of work in the apartment. I have lived in Manhattan and Brooklyn since the 1980s.

I have fast wifi, a TV, hair dryer, dishes and two coffee makers. Lots of empty space for you to lay out your luggage and shopping...

Speaking about shopping... Supreme is one block away. I rented this apartment in the past using airbnb, and found my guests loved to eat and shop and be entertained and shop some more! I totally agree.

The neighborhood has a large amount of specialty stores, restaurants, bars, and best of all we are right across from the Elizabeth Street Garden. Sites to see include the original St. Patrick’s Church, the New Museum, SoHo for shopping, night scene in the Lower East Side, the Tenement Museum, Chinatown, all just outside my doorstep or less than a fifteen minute walk. Broadway is 4 blocks away and has some great stores like rei sportswear, Prada, Bloomingdale’s, North Face and Uniqlo. One past guest was so excited when she bought six pairs of shoes in one day!

So much more to see, there are six subway lines to easily get to Times Square, Central Park, and all parts of Brooklyn.
